Lisa Smith

Lisa is a local girl, born and raised in Stoke on Trent.

Lisa started her career as a dental nurse in 1990. After a few years nursing, she felt like she could offer more so went to Bristol Dental Hospital to train as a Hygienist.  Lisa qualified in 1999, achieving the Oral B excellence award for qualifying top in the country.

Lisa returned to Stoke on Trent where she has worked in private dentistry ever since.

Lisa says..

I absolutely love helping my patients.  Dentistry is not just about teeth and gums, but also about looking after you. There are many factors that can affect your teeth and gums, whether it be every day stress, medical conditions,  or just needing a little help with your oral hygiene.  I believe in a holistic approach, where you are treated as a person, not just a set of teeth.

When Lisa is not at work she enjoys exercising, teaching Boogie Bounce, walking my dog and summer motorbike rides with my husband.
